What's Red Cabbage？
Red Cabbage is a pure natural and water soluble food color that is extracted from edible red cabbage of the Cruciferae family planted locally. The process is checking, washing, slicing, extracting, filtrating, purifying, concentrating, sterilizing (Red Cabbage Color liquid), spraying & drying (Red Cabbage Color powder). The main coloring ingredient is anthocyanins which contain cyanidin. It is deep red, the liquid is brown-purple. It can be dissolved in water & alcohol, acetic acid, and propylene glycol solution easily, but not in oil. The color of the water solution changes when PH is different.

1. Proforma invoice with our company bank details will be sent to you once the order confirmed. Pls arrange payment by TT (wire transfer).
2. Trade assurance order will be drafted for you through Alibaba. Pls confirm and pay through Alibaba (credit card).

A7: Most products we have in stock, lead time: within 1-4 business days after received payment.
