Products Description
FUERTE Rock Wool Felt is an insulating material made from minerals such as rock or basalt, produced by rolling mineral wool fibers. It is characterized by good elasticity, flexibility, excellent fire resistance, sound absorption, and thermal insulation properties. Mainly used for thermal and sound insulation on external walls and roofs of steel structure factories, it effectively enhances fire resistance and conforms well to large equipment and pipelines, reducing joints and minimizing thermal bridging. Mineral wool felt can be customized to produce hydrophobic and low-chlorine products as per customer requirements. Additionally, it can be laminated with materials such as aluminum foil, glass fiber felt, glass fiber cloth, or sewn with galvanized iron wire mesh, stainless steel wire mesh, etc.
Different forms of the product are applied as follows:
* Fuerte Rock Wool Felt: Suitable for large-diameter pipelines, building walls, and roofs, providing excellent thermal insulation and sound absorption.
* Glass Fiber Cloth Seam Felt: Used for large-span industrial equipment and building structures, featuring good resistance to bending, easy installation, and dust proof properties on building walls.
* Aluminum Foil Felt: Particularly suitable for circular pipelines, small equipment, and HVAC system pipes, widely used for
thermal insulation in light steel structure building walls. It is easy to install and offers outstanding waterproof, dust proof,
thermal insulation, and reduction of condensation within pipes.
* Metal Wire Mesh Seam Felt: Suitable for environments with high vibration and temperature, commonly used for thermal insulation in boilers, ships, valves, and large irregular pipelines. (Note: Effective edge sealing with metal mesh)
