Machine Application:
The machine heating oven produces heat to soften the plastic sheet, then vacuum pump sucks the plastic sheet down to the forming mould area to finish the forming.After forming,automatic air blowing and water spraying for cooling and the plastic sheet becomes the shape as the mold. Different forming mould enable to have different forming shape.








1. Introduction of Vacuum Forming Machine:
1)This machine is automatic. Just after placing the plastic sheet onto the frame, then heating, forming, cooling, can be done automatically.
2)The control board is near the operator, so it can be operated easily, greatly improve the efficiency of production.
3)The far infrared ceramic heating elements can control every single block heater temperature, more power-saving features, and reducing production cost.
4)The furnace is guided automatically.
5)The cooling system is independent of cold water.
6)This machine can form all kinds of blisters just to replace mould.


2. Working Processes of Vacuum Forming Machine:
Carry materials manually→ clamp the materials → move the material into the oven,(while we can use blow function to keep material not drop down), after the material to soft →take the material to form area → Bubble blow the material before vacuum (this is an important function) → the vacuum will auto start→ open the fan to cold→ separate the model and material →take the material out.


3. Principles of Vacuum Forming:
The technology of Vacuum Forming is a method for thermo-forming. It is a method of
using the thermoplastic sheet to make an opening of the housing of the article. Cut the plastic sheet into special size first, and then heat and soften the sheet through the huge pressure difference on both sides of the sheet or mechanical pressure, this can
make the sheet attached with the surface of the mould after heating and deform, next through cooling and shaping, the sheet can be vacuumed into various shapes of cover, plastic trays, bubble shell etc.

The technology of vacuum forming relied on vacuum force which can make the sheet achieve tensile deformation. The vacuum force is
easy to be realized, grasped and controlled, so it is the earliest, thermal forming method, which is widely used currently.


4.Main Features:
1). Independent temperature control system:
Adopting dense, plate and special far infrared ceramic heating brick to assemble the machine. It can reach the exact temperature within 5 minutes. Steady temperature can assure high quality of the product when use PVC, PET or other environmental materials.
Also, it can save more power than a traditional machine, using the time of cooling and demolding after forming to heat the material, so it will not influence the forming speed.
2). Adopting solid-state temperature controller, which has independent, automatic
voltage regulator function, when the external voltage changes in a range, it can ensure a stable temperature.
3). The electric furnace is equipped with a cylinder to push, and it has an electromagnetic valve buffer system, so this can make the electric furnace stable and durable
4). The machine has complete functions like“ delay vacuum, vacuum, vacuum with the wind, Spray, cooling wind”, all these can make it convenient and for workers to operate it accurately in actual production, and ensure the perfect vacuum forming process in the best time for high technology products.
5). Equipped with an auto spray mould-release agent, the machine has two functions:
vibration demould and mould blowing, so this can make it easy for the formed sheet to release from the mould
6). Die blowing function: die into the mould and blow, make the film formation or summon up, then forming a more perfect product.
7). Precise positioning function of clip, ensure the material placed at the exact position
8). The cooling fan is controlled by an inverter, the volume of the wind can be adjusted easily.
9). Quick die change function (Automatic Locking); Intelligent temperature control system, servomechanical transmission system,
imported electrical control system, etc.
