-The product can be made of brass, 925 silver or 9k 10k 14k 18k solid gold.
2. Are the stones glued on the product ?
-No, we reject gluing setting all the time. All product is by hand setting. They won’t fall out and high quality.
3. Will the jewelry fade ?
-We have exclusive and patented technology- Abiding Shield™, which help plating lasts for 3 years without oxidation and non-tarnish. But your careful maintenance will greatly help to last its beautiful finish.
4. Can accept custom item if only one piece?
-Of course. No MOQ,order for 1pc accepted. And we also provide free engraving service.
5. Can I mix different color ?
-Yes, mixed orders are acceptable.
6. If quality problem happen, what should I do?
-You can get back to us for repairing, replacement or refund.
7. Do you have cooperation program for selling your jewelry?
-Yes, we are love to cooperate with worldwide distributors, agent, drop shipping and affiliates.
