INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

WE ARE IN ACTION

1 . Installation bolts should be symmetrical and gradually pressurized to prevent local leakage.

2 . 1.6MPa above working pressure, installation bolts should have elastic pad to prevent bolts loosening when working.

3 . Vertical force support should be provided at both ends of the joint pipe during vertical installation, and anti-pull-off device can be adopted to prevent working pressure pull-off.

4. Rubber joints should be installed away from the heat source. Ozone. Strictly prohibit strong radiation light exposure and the use of non-conforming media.

5. Rubber joints shall be strictly prohibited from cutting the surface and sealing surfaces during transportation and handling.
