Stainless Steel Sewage Pump
WQX series sewage pump is a submersible pump specially designed for treating and conveying sewage. It is widely used in many fields such as municipal engineering, industrial wastewater treatment, agricultural drainage and residential areas.
Main Features
High efficiency:
Flow and head: WQ series sewage pumps have a variety of models, with flow rates ranging from a few cubic meters per hour to hundreds of cubic meters per hour, and head can range from a few meters to tens of meters, to meet different application requirements.
Motor efficiency: High-efficiency motors are used, with low energy consumption and operating cost savings.
Corrosion resistance:
Material selection: The pump body and impeller are made of high-quality cast iron, stainless steel or other corrosion-resistant materials, which can resist acid and alkali corrosion in sewage.
Surface treatment: The surface of the pump is specially treated to further improve the corrosion resistance.
Sealing performance:
Double mechanical seal: The pump shaft is equipped with a double mechanical seal system, using high-hardness alloy materials to ensure long-term operation without water leakage.
Waterproof cable: The waterproof cable connector design is adopted to prevent the cable from damaging the motor due to water ingress.
Automatic control:
Liquid level controller: It can be equipped with a liquid level controller to automatically start and stop the pump according to the water level to avoid idling and dry running.
Overload protection: The motor has an overload protection function, which automatically stops the motor for protection when the motor is overheated or overloaded.
Easy installation and maintenance:
Installation method: mobile installation, fixed installation and rail installation can be adopted to meet different installation requirements.
