Q: Where is your factory located at? How can I visit?

A: Our factory address: No. 5, Science and Technology Road, Shuibu Town, Taishan City (Taishan Industrial New City)
  We can pick you up at airport or station, and take you to there.

Q: What is your payment term?

A: T/T(wire transfer) or Western Union is acceptable. 
  When the order amount is large, T/T 30% in advance and T/T 70% after production.

Q: How long it will take to complete my order after confirming?

A: Based on quantity, the production takes 5-10 working days.

Q: What is your after-sales service?

A: 7x24 standby, free replacement for quality issue.

Q: Do you accept OEM or logo customization?

A: Absolutely. 

Q: Can I get a sample to see the quality?

A: Sample is chargeable but we will deduct same amount in your big order.
