3. Q: How do you handle quality complaints?

    A: Our quality control system will reduce quality defect to the minimum extend , however, if the complaints is proved to be caused by the quality defect, we will compensate you for the loss.

 4  Q: Can I get free samples?
    A: Of course, if you would like to pay the freight.

 5. Q: What's your production capacity?

     A: lt depends on the product, for most plant extract products our production capacity is 20 Metric Tons per month.

 6. Q: Do you have any quality control system?

     A: Yes, we are certified by ISO9001 and HACCP system, Halal and Kosher are also available.

 7. Q: What payment method do you support?

     A: We support Alibaba Trade Assurance(Credit Card), T/T and Western Union, etc.

 8. Q: What is the normal delivery time?

     A: For most products which we have in stock, the delivery can be made immediately. And for those we need to produce after your order confirmation, we will discuss with you then.

 9. Q: How to deliver the goods?

 A: ≤50kgs, courier service are recommended, like FedEx or DHL etc.

      50 ~ 300kgs , usually shipped by Air.

      ≥300kgs, usually shipped by Sea.
