Application Field:
PC hammer crusher is a kind of industrial machinery, the principle is to crush the material by the collision of the high-speed rotating hammer body and the material. It has the characteristics of a simple structure, a large crushing ratio, and high production efficiency. It can be crushed in dry and wet forms. Working Principle:
The motor of the PC hammer crusher drives the rotor to rotate rapidly in the crushing chamber. The raw materials enter the crusher from the feed port and are impacted, sheared, and ground by the high-speed rotating hammer.
The lower part of the rotor assembly is equipped with grate bars. The materials smaller than the grate mesh are screened out, and the rest of the materials are left for further hammering until they reach the standard particle size.
The size of the final product can be adjusted by replacing the grate bars, and the gap between the rotor assembly and the grate bars can also be adjusted according to different requirements.
