Here is the way to test real silk fiber:
1.Solubility experiment
Cup 1 100% mulberry silk fiber put it into the amount of 84 disinfectant, then it will be dissolve and disappeared. Cup 2 is polyester, cannot dissolve.
2. Flammability test
Please fire silk, hair and chemical fiber, then compare it:
100% real Silk: white smoke , the smoke is almost the same with the hair scorch, the remaining is easy to grind into powder.
Imitate silk/Chemical fiber: black smoke, smell pungent and plastic , the remaining is hard, therefore they are not easy to grind into powder.
How to maintain 100% mulberry silk fabric?
1. Separate cleaning:
Dark color 100% mulberry silk garments or silk fabrics should be washed separately from light color ones.
2. Immediately wash:
Sweat-soaked silk products should be immediately washed, or soaked with water, please do not use higher than 30 degree of hot water washing.
3. When washing silk, it is best to use shampoo or shower gel.Generally, laundry detergent will hurt the silk fabric. Please do not wash silk by powder or liquid detergent.
4. It is best to wash by hand. Do not rub or clean with a hard brush. Please wash gently then shade to dry.
5. Should be ironed when 80% dry.
Please put a white cotton fabric in front of 100% silk fabric, can not iron pure silk fabric directly. Should not directly spray water.
Please iron the opposite side. The temperature control between 100-180 degrees.
6. Collection should be cleaned, dried and folded properly. And wrapped with cloth stored in the cabinet, and should not put mothballs or health balls.

Q1. How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A:Quality is priority. Fast Long people always attach great importance to quality controlling from the beginning to the end.
1. All raw material we used are best;
2. Skillful workers care every details in every process;
3. Quality Control Department with 10QC specially responsible for quality checking in each process.
Q2. Can you custom my size?
A: yes, please offer your size in CM(or in inch).
Q3. What fabric to make the bedding set?
A: It's made by 100% mulberry silk fabric.
Q4. About customs and tax
A: Freight needs to be paid by the customer. We don't responsible for buyer country customs tax and clean customs .
If buyer refuse to pay tax , and parcel send back , buyer need to pay for shipping fee and all the lose because of refusing paying tax. We will try our best to help clients clean customs buyer should tell us all certificate their customs need when they make order.
But if cargo arrived destination port , and need other certificate we can not offer , buyer should responsible all lose . If parcel ship to buyer forwarder , seller will not responsible for any shipping risk from China to buyer. Fur sure , we will try our best to give our best support .
Q5. Can I have a return or exchange?
A: Our Products are customized, it's difficult to resell,if not quality problem, we don't accept return.
1.The following situation is not quality problem , we don't accept return and refund, and please don't open dispute because of this .
A. It's 100% handmade , will be 1-2cm different.
B. we will try our best to cut thread outside, but more or less will miss some , If you find some please just cut it by yourself.
C.It will be pressed during shipping , please hung or iron , it will be fine .
D. It's 100% mulberry pure silk , It's smooth and soft , sometime thread may come out when sewing , We will try our best to avoided it but more or less may have a little bit.
2. Only the following situation can get full refund:
A. If you test is it's not 100% pure silk , we will give you double refund .
B. very large place dirty , you can not used it. (A small gray dot and black dot not belong to quality problem. Garment quality control said: 100m allow 10 dots )
C . very large place broken , you can not used it . (1/2 thread out not belong to quality problem)
Note:
1. The following situation is not quality problem , we don't accept return and refund, and please don't open dispute because of this.

D. We are wholesaler, we sales around 5000pcs everyday in our local market. Please don't open dispute because of did not open button mouth , some thread not cut , and it was pressed.
E. Color different. Because different computer and different camera , there will be color different. We don't accept return and refund because of color different.
2. Only the following situation can get full refund:

C. For 100% silk products , We guarantee it is 100% mulberry silk products , if not , we will double refund you.
3 . We don't responsible for buyer country customs tax and clean customs . If buyer refuse to pay tax , and parcel send back , buyer need to pay for shipping fee and all the lose because of refusing paying tax. We will try our best to help clients clean customs buyer should tell us all certificate their customs need when they make order. But if cargo arrived destination port , and need other certificate we can not offer , buyer should responsible all the lose.
4. Please keep note"Original money enter into the account ", when you do T/T.
5. For customs sample , we don't accept return and refund.
6. For silk fabric , once fabric was cut , then difficult to resale , so not accept return and refund if there is no quality problem.
7.For OEM silk pillowcase and silk bed sheet , different clients king/queen size is different, so please offer us size in cm or in inch. And please be carefully measure your bed sheet you have at home , then tell us size , we will make it same as what you have.
Once you finished payment we will begin to cut fabric for bed sheet , then size can not be changed, and can not accept return and refund.
8. For the silk fiber and cocoon, the product will not be returned or exchanged once the Package is sent out due to the tariff problem.
