Geotube system is a large pipe bag and inclusion made of high strength PP woven fabric, its diameter can be changed according to the need, the length has been more than tens of meters long.
Working principle /Function：
1. The Geotextile Tube Bag dehydration technology is an effective technology and a solution that has been proven safe for
dehydration by many research centers around the world. It is made of high-performance, special polypropylene monofilament, flat yarn or split film yarn for cloth processing and special sewing.
2. Solids are contained inside the Geotube dewatering unit, Easy removal and disposal solids from polluted water.
3. Efficient, versatile and environmental friendly solution reduces carbon. High effluent discharge rate with clear filtrate that can be recirculated through the system.
4. Custom-sized containers saves expensive and limited land space, Geotube dewatering unit can be cut open, exposing highly dewatered solids that can be easily excavated and transported away.

HOKBG Geo tube Marine and Shoreline Technology is a permeable system fabricated from an engineered textile specifically designed for containment and shoreline erosion protection. The HOKBG Geo tube system has unique designed strength, filtration, and retention characteristics to withhold sand or similar materials to act as a permanent or non-permanent containment structure:
Step 1: Filling
In the filling stage, HOKBG geo tube is filled with dredged sand or similar materials. HOKBG geo tube are constructed of a unique fabric, specially engineered for a marine structure.
Step 2: Containment
In the containment stage, the durable and high retention fabric allows the dredged materials to fall out of suspension and form a dense monolithic structure.
Step 3: Structural
In the final stage, structural , the contained and densified material serves as a structural mass. When utilized with an accompanying Scour Apron, HOKBG geo tube may be utilized as a sand dune core or other shoreline re-nourishment or erosion prevention medium.
