L-Aspartic acid
L-aspartic acid is an organic compound with the formula C4H7NO4. White crystalline or crystalline powder with a slightly acidic taste. Soluble in boiling water, slightly soluble in water (0.5%) at 25℃, easily soluble in dilute acid and sodium hydroxide solution, insoluble in ethanol, ether, heated to 270℃ decomposition, isoelectric point 2.77, its specific curl is related to the dissolved solvent. It is dextral in acid solution, left-handed in base solution, and dextral in aqueous solution.
