PRODUCT PARAMETER

Rock Wool Insulation Board
Rock Wool Board is made from basalt, an inorganic raw material. It is produced through heating basalt at 1350˚C - 1400˚C and transforming it into fibers, which are bonded together using a thermosetting resin. It is light and easy to install, mainly used for thermal and acoustic insulation where high compressive strength is required such as over-deck, floors, sandwich panels, and dry wall partitions.

Rock Wool is Class A1 insulation material with high Melting Point (>1000°C) and safety characteristics. It can effectively prevent fire and will not produce toxic gases.

HEAT PRESERVATION AND SOUND ABSORPTION
Rock wool has low slag ball content with slender and flexible fibers, which can reduce energy consumption by 70% with insulation solutions and absorb sound.

EXCELLENT WATERPROOF PERFORMANCE
Rock wool has extremely low water absorption and no capillary penetration. The PH value is non-acidic and harmless to metals. Due to its inorganic properties, there is no breeding of bacteria, rotting and softening.

WEATHER RESISTANT
