 Introduction of Cassava/ Rice / Pasta Straw Production Line 

The rice straw is made of rice flour and starch as the main raw materials by extrusion process. Its appearance is the same as that of ordinary plastic straws. The surface of rice straws is smooth, strong and tough. Compared with ordinary plastic straws, rice straws can be eaten directly. You can also adjust the raw materials to make straws of different colors. The production process of rice straws is not complicated, and the company has passed automation and large-scale production. Main Features:
(1)Dryer is compact, has large dry area and a small superficial area. It also features small scale of heat elimination and high thermal efficiency.
(2)Mesh belt conveyors and thermal insulation boards all use stainless steel material, making the equipment clean and sanitary.
(3)The speed of mesh belt conveyor is adjustable. The drying period for food in the oven can be adjusted.
(4)The automatic temperature control system makes it possible to set the Temperature according to your needs.
