Iron oxide pigment is a kind of pigment with good dispersibility, excellent light resistance and weather resistance. Iron oxide pigments mainly refer to iron oxide as the basic material of iron oxide red, iron yellow, iron black and iron brown four kinds of coloring pigments, of which iron oxide red is the main. Iron oxide is the second largest inorganic pigment after titanium dioxide, and it is also the first major color inorganic pigment. Of the total iron oxide pigments consumed, more than 70% are prepared by chemical synthesis methods, which is called synthetic iron oxide. Synthetic iron oxide is widely used in building materials,plastics, electronics, rubber, ceramics, ink, magnetic materials, papermaking and other fields due to its high synthetic purity, uniform particle size, wide spectrum, color, cheap, non-toxic, excellent coloring and application performance, with UV absorption and other properties.
