Ribbon mixer
Ribbon blender mixer is composed of mixing bin, agitator, driving device, etc., U-shaped tubular bin is installed in the double layer of different spiral belt coiled agitator shaft, the outer spiral belt in the power drive, the winding form with the direction of rotation of the material from both ends of the U-shaped bin to the central zone, and the inner spiral belt material from the middle to both ends to promote the formation of convection-mixing. It is generally used for mixing sticky or cohesive powder particles and mixing liquid and paste materials added to the powder particles.
