Product Overview
Drill pipe
Friction welded drill pipe and couplings conform to API SPEC 5DP and SY/T5561-2008 standards. The drill pipe is available ingrades of DZ50, R780, G105, and S135, all of which have undergone local or full heat treatment and meet the mechanical performance requirements of the standard. The couplings are made of high-quality alloy steel such as 35CrMo and 4137H, which have been quenched and tempered. The threads are machined by CNC lathes and shaping tools, and the surface is coated with copper or phosphated to improve anti-stick performance. Customized production can also be arranged upon request.
