First, place component A and component B separately in a container and slowly stir for about 30 seconds. Then, put component A and component B together into a 15 liter container and stir for about 30 seconds using a disc impeller power mixer until fully mixed.

Before opening the packaging of component C, please roll it for 3 to 4 weeks to achieve internal uniformity of the component. It is recommended to open the packaging of component C before mixing component A and component B. Slowly add the aggregate (component C) to the mixture of components A and B, and use a heavy-duty mechanical mixer to move up and down and stir for about 3 minutes until all aggregates are completely coated with the mixture of components A and B.

Pour the final mixture of concrete from the container onto the properly treated paving section and use a corner trowel to complete the surface treatment of the concrete.

When used in conjunction with a single joint expansion joint, it must be smoothed and compacted at the bottom of the steel section to fully reinforce and support the expansion joint system. The minimum thickness of elastic concrete at the bottom of the steel section is 12 millimeters.
