Lining: Polyethylene
In the production of container flexitank, linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) is used, because LLDPE hashigh softening temperature and melting temperature, high strength, good toughness, high rigidity, heat resistance, cold resistance, etc. It can better meet the index requirements of flexitank in terms of tensile strength, elongation at break, and drop impact.

We use 100% new polypropylene granules as raw materials, which are highly impact-resistant
We use polypropylene woven fabrics woven by high-speed looms, and the tensile strength of high-latitude fabrics is higher than that of international standards of 15.2%
When reproducing polyethylene film, we have added LLDPE/LDPE and metallocene polyethylene in a specific ratio to make the PE film stronger and more puncture resistant.
The finished flexitank will be shipped after passing various tests
