Product Description
Capable of reaching top speeds of 200 signatures per hour, the all-new mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic setup uses new carbon fiber components and 3 sets of cam boxes.
The feeder, sewing saddle, and movements of the upper sewing components (sewing needle, hook needle, and thread cuter) are driven by these three cam devices.
The cams and rotating shaft are sealed in an enclosed oil bath to prolong the lifespan of the mechanical components. lt eliminates noise/vibration and reduces the need for regular checks and maintenance.
The main function:
1. The machine performance design is extremely compact. The distance between the feeding hopper and the book collecting table is only 1.5 meters, which saves space and makes collecting books convenient and fast.
2.10-inch color touch panel, matched with PLC system, easy to operate.
3. The feeding hopper has large capacity and is comfortable to load.
4. The feed transmission adopts the latest double-fulcrum camshaft arm design, which can make signatures more stable and reduce downtime.
5. For page turning requirements, it is equipped with 4 vacuum page turners on the upper and lower sides and long and short side page turners to facilitate high-efficiency production.
6. A special shaper that pre-processes the back of the book before sewing to ensure the quality of the sewing.
7. Thread needles and hook needles can accurately follow the book to ensure the highest thread locking quality.
8. The locking saddle mechanism is driven by the camshaft of the "cam box", and the transmission components operate in a sealed oil tank, so that the cam has an extremely long life and does not require daily inspection and maintenance.
9. The height of the accelerating wheel can be adjusted according to the thickness of the signature.
10. This machine has an image taking function, which can effectively prevent wrong order of signatures (optional).
11. At the book outlet, the book blocks are automatically separated for easy collection.
12. The thread trimming device automatically reduces the thread of the finished book to about 10 mm.
13. This machine can be connected to a collating machine to form a fully automatic collating and locking production line.
