Solar thermal power generation mirror
Solar thermal power generation refers to the use of large-scale arrays of parabolic or disc-shaped mirrors to collect solar thermal energy, provide steam through heat exchange devices, and combine traditional turbine generator processes to achieve the purpose of power generation.

By adopting solar thermal power generation technology, the expensive silicon crystal photoelectric conversion process is avoided, which can greatly reduce the cost of solar power generation. Moreover, this form of solar energy utilization has an advantage that other forms of solar energy conversion cannot compare to, that is, the water heated by solar energy can be stored in huge containers and can still drive steam turbines to generate electricity several hours after the sun sets.
Solar thermal power generation is an important direction for the utilization of new energy. There are four main forms of systems:
trough type, tower type, Fresnel type, and disc type.

The lens is mainly composed of four parts: glass layer (ultra white glass), silver layer, copper layer, and paint layer. The paint layer is further divided into primer, intermediate coat, and topcoat.

The biggest advantage of solar thermal power generation is its stable power output, which can be used as basic electricity and peak shaving; In addition, its mature and reliable energy storage (thermal storage) configuration can generate electricity continuously at night.

Trough type photothermal
The principle of trough type solar thermal power generation is to use trough type concentrating mirrors to gather sunlight on a line, on which a tubular collector is installed to absorb solar energy and heat the heat transfer medium. The heated working fluid flows through the heat exchanger to heat water and generate steam, which is then used to generate electricity through the power cycle of steam

Heat collection system (also known as Sun Island): includes groove type curved mirrors, vacuum heat collection tubes, daily controllers, and steel structure supports.
Parabolic mirror. Thickness 4mm, (according to size and curvature requirements)
Vacuum collection tube, conventional steel tube outer diameter: 70mm, 80mm, 90mm, length: 4060mm. Operating medium: thermal oil/molten salt, operating temperature: 80-550 degrees.
Daily controller: responsible for the system's overall automatic real-time tracking of the sun, ensuring maximum exposure to sunlight at all times
Steel structure bracket: serves as a support

The collector tracks the sun through a single axis, reflecting and concentrating the sunlight projected onto the parabolic mirror to the collector tube located at the focal line position. The heat transfer oil flowing inside the heating tube transfers heat to the steam generator, heating water to produce superheated steam. The steam enters the turbine unit to generate electricity, and then the heat transfer oil returns to the collector for further heating, thus entering the next cycle.
When the light is strong, a portion of the heat from the heat transfer oil can be exchanged with the molten salt through an oil salt heat exchanger, and the molten salt is stored in a molten salt tank for backup. When the lighting is poor, such as cloudy or rainy days, sandstorms, or at night, the heat in the hot melt salt is released again, which heats the heat transfer oil in the opposite direction. The heat transfer oil then generates superheated steam, thereby realizing the reuse of stored heat for power generation.

Butterfly Stirling
The disc-shaped solar thermal power generation system collects the energy of sunlight using a disc-shaped parabolic condenser and reflects it to the focal point of the condenser, gathering concentrated, high-temperature, and high heat flux to drive the solar Stirling engine placed near the focal point of the condenser, thereby driving the generator to generate electricity.

The spotlight ratio of a typical optical disc system can reach over 2000, and the working temperature of the heater surface is maintained between 600 ℃ and 750 ℃. The peak photoelectric conversion efficiency of the system can reach over 25%. Disc Stirling solar thermal power generation technology, as a new type of power generation technology, has advantages such as high efficiency, small footprint, suitable for modular combination, and low pollution in the industrial chain

Product parameters: Disc diameter: 11.7 m, Disc focal length: 6.7 m, Number of reflectors: inner ring 13, outer ring 27, a total of 40, Disc focusing area: 90 m2, Mirror reflectivity: 95%

Tower type solar thermal power generation
Tower solar power generation mainly relies on a large number of directional mirrors (heliostats) that track the sun to focus sunlight onto a central receiver. The receiver converts the concentrated solar energy into thermal energy, which is then transferred to a thermal cycle tool to drive the thermal engine to do work and generate electricitys.

The tower solar power generation system includes a sun tracking mirror, a receiver, a heater, an energy storage system, and a steam turbine unit
The collection device consists of a multi-faceted heliostat, tracking device, support structure, etc
The system achieves optimal tracking of the sun by controlling the collection device, accurately focusing the reflected light of the sun onto the heat absorber inside the central receiver, causing the heat transfer medium to heat up and enter the steam generator to generate steam, ultimately driving the steam turbine unit to generate electricity. In addition, to ensure continuous power supply, a thermal storage device is needed to store the heat during peak hours for use in the morning, evening, and rainy periods

Fresnel type spotlight power generation
The Fresnel solar thermal power generation system uses Fresnel lenses as the light focusing device. These lenses are usually flat mirrors that reflect sunlight onto a secondary condenser above through a uniaxial solar tracking system, and then converge it into a long tubular heat absorption tube to heat water and produce high-temperature steam. These vapors then drive turbine generators to generate electricity.es.

The Fresnel power generation system includes: reflector, receiver, steam turbine, generator, condenser, and water pump. The operating temperature range of the strip type Fresnel spotlight device is generally between 100 ℃ and 400 ℃. It can directly use water as a medium (or molten salt), which means heating water directly into steam to drive a steam engine to generate electricity.

The thickness of the linear Fresnel system lens is usually between 2mm and 4mm, and the size can be customized according to your needs and the site.
