MOQ is based on the product, normally 100-500 unit.
3. Can I have my products customized?
Yes, that’s what we do. We offer a complete start to finish, hassle free process. Design brief, sourcing the product, production setup, prototyping, production, fulfillment, quality control, logistics and ending with final delivery.
4. Can I get a sample and how long will it take?
Yes, customized design samples normally need 7 days to produce, and 3-7 days delivery after sample send out.
5. How does your factory carry out quality control?
We will arrange QC during and after the production. Pictures and Videos and QC reports will be sent after the production finished.
6. Can I ship different items together in one container?
Yes of course, we will try to save as much logistic cost as we could for you.
7. Can I order different items and mix the items in one carton and your company organize the repacking?
Yes, we offer repack service based on clients requests.
8. What’s the general delivery time?
For RTS items, 7-20 days depends on your location; For Customized project, 15-30 days production and delivery depends on the shipping methods.
9. What kind of payment method would you accept?
Bank Wire(T/T), L/C, Trade Assurance, Credit Card, Paypal, Western union, etc.
10. What sort of certificates do you have?
Some of our associated factories have ISO9001,BSCI, CE certificates. And we accept SGS, BV or any other third party test for allour products.
