K House Area computation:
Pay attention to:Standard Two Floor prefabricated house with 2 staircase,one on the left side .and the other one on the right side.Each standard staircase is 4.5㎡,corner staircase is 16㎡,and it's usually for Three Floor prefabricated house.When increase and decrease staircase,according to this amount.
Area computation rule:1、Prefabricated house area=Length of exterior wall*Width of exterior wall*number of plies.
2、Standard staircase is 4.5㎡ and corner staircase is 16㎡.
3、Rain cover is half of projected area.
4、Walkway board is according to projected area.
5、Awning panel blow out of wall in the range of 200mm,not calculating area.
6、Totally Area=（1）+（2）+（3）+（4）
7、Project quantity computation rule according to above-mentioned formula for cost settlement
expect special explanation.
Instruction:Above computation area rule also applies to flat roof prefab house.
