Q: How long is your lead time?
A: lt depends on your specifications ans quantity. Generally it is 45 days (for 40HQ container) after order confirmation, we will try our best to meet your requirements.
Q:Do you provide metal samples? It is free or extra?
A: Yes We could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q: What kind of packing can you provide?
A: Tailor-made packaging method according to customer's requirement, otherwise, we will make the sea-worthy packing.
Q: Which countries have you exported?
A: Germany, Italy, Japan, USA, Japan, France, Indonesia, etc.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: FOB Shanghai or Ningbo, paid by T/T. We will ask for down payment before production, and the balance paid off before shipment. Of course, we may also negotiate it.
Q: How do you make sure the quality of your products?

a. raw material inspection (includes chemical and physical mechanical characters inspection),
b. machining process dimensional inspection (includes: 1st pc inspection, self inspection, final inspection),
c. heat treatment result inspection,
d. gear tooth inspection (to know the achieved gear quality level),
e. magnetic particle inspection (to know if there's any cracks in the gear)
We will provide you the reports 1 set for each batch/ shipment.
