- Our factory is located in Guangzhou City with 7000㎡; our nearest port is Nansha Port in Guangzhou, which helps save your shipping cost and time. Around 70 workers in our factory, ODM & OEM services are available.
3.What should I provide to build a prefab house?
- So easy! Sketch drawing would be a better reference for us. However, you will never mind if you don't have any. Simply notify us your requirements, such as the area, usage and the stories of the house. Before long, you'll possess an amazing design.
4. Is the Pod ventilated?
- Absolutely! The Pod fan achieves a comfortable, temperature-regulated air flow without compromising acoustic performance.
5. Do WiFi and cellular work in the Pod?
- Sure do! The phone booth office pod will not block any wireless signals.
6. How does the Pod assembly and installation work?
- Our Pods are matched with the installation manual, installation video, and shipping list.
7. What if my Pod phone booth needs to be repaired?
- Please contact the after-sales customer service team anytime. Our team will evaluate your problem and propose a solution accordingly.
8. Is color customization available? Do you have MOQ?
- Laminated White/Black body as standard, wooden texture is available; our interior color is quite flexible as per our color swatches, and no MOQ.
9. Is this an Environmental friendly product?
- We are proud to have a glue-free structure; it's healthier, and all the parts are well selected to be kind to the environment. It's a good environmental product.
10. How do you pack and deliver?
- We will pre-assemble all pods in our factory before delivery. After inspection and cleaning, we will detach them one by one then pack all accessories into thickened paper boxes.
11. How does your factory control the quality?
- Every link from raw material procurement to packaging is inspected by a professional QC team.
12. How do we cooperate on certain project?
-Firstly, please send us your project details and your requirements. Then we will design accordingly, free of charge. Afterwards, please check and confirm whether you like the drawings. If not, we shall get the drawings revised until your confirmation. Finally, we make a deal on alibaba.com with Trade Assurance.
