Our proofing fee is 300 yuan a piece, and 500 yuan a piece for complex ones. We will refund the proofing fee in full after placing an order.

6. Questions about the custom delivery time?

We generally deliver within 7-10 days. The general procurement time for labor and materials is 3 days, and it takes more than 7 days for special customized toppings and accessories.

7. Questions about after-sales returns?

Spot wholesale is a refund with all warranties if there is a quality problem within 15 days after you receive the goods. Regarding customization, no return or exchange will be made without quality problems, because we specially create the product for you according to your requirements, so it is not allowed to be returned.
