Morningstar offers one year warranty on massage chairs.
Free spare parts will be offered if any parts of chair be broken due to quality reasons.
Also after-sale service will be offered all the time.
2.How many boxes does it come in and is it easy to install?
Based on different size for our customers group, Morningstar comes in 1 or 3 boxs. And all you have to do is take it out of thebox, install it based on our video, then trun on the remote and move it to where you want it placed. Finally lean the chair backand start using it. Then, it is ready to go.
3.How much if shipping by air?
As Massage Chair/Sauna Room is a kind of big size model.Which is around 180KG and 1.5cbm per unit. Shipping cost will be relatively higher than normal smart size goods'.Which is around USD2000 to USD5000 based on different regions. So friendly remind
shipping by sea if do not need this goods urgently.
4.What is the max capacity for this massage chair?
It can hold a max of 300 pounds, some of our other models can handle more.
5 How do I clean massage chair?
The entire chair’s parts, whether plastic or leather, should be cleaned with a damp cloth and very mild cleaning agent and then wiped with a clean cloth. The plastic parts should be dried thoroughly while the chair cover tissue should be left to dry completely.
Important! Never clean the massage chair with the AC plug still connected to the power outlet!
6. Is it safe to get a massage chair if I have pets and children?
We have gone to great lengths to make sure all our chairs are safe for use in any household environment. However, as with any household appliance, massage chairs should be used in accordance with safe operating instructions.

Space requirements are for about 3′ x 6′. This is necessary for when the chair is reclined. Please check in the product
