Products Description
Casting trachoma can be avoided by:
- Raw material control: the selection of high-quality raw materials, and in the smelting process, the use of refining and impurity removal processes, as far as possible to reduce impurities in liquid metal.
- Optimization of pouring process: Control the pouring speed and keep it stable. Design the pouring system properly, such as using the right number, location and shape of gates, so that the liquid metal can fill the cavity smoothly from the bottom up, while ensuring that the gas in the cavity can be smoothly discharged.
- Mold quality improvement: Improve the permeability of the mold, such as adding appropriate breathable materials to the mold sand. It is also necessary to ensure that the compactness of the mold is uniform and appropriate to avoid sand and peeling on the surface.
- Optimization of pouring process: Control the pouring speed and keep it stable.
