Rechargeable Wholesale 25.2V 10Ah Custom Li-ion Battery Pack With display 18A resettable fuse and USB port for phone recharge
Overview:
This battery is used for shipping cart, so it will have a good water-proof function. The water-proof grade is IP67 with a very good sealing on the plastic case.
The plastic case have two options, we can offer white and black plastic case to choose.
It has a display on the plastic case to monitor the voltage and percentage of power. It will be easy for customers to check if they need to recharge the battery or not.
It has a resettable fuse of 20A. When the current is more than 20A, it will cut-off to protect the BMS board and battery. It's very useful.
The BMS board has many functions: over-current, over-charge, over-discharge, short circuit and over-temperature by a thermistor.
To make the storage tidy, we use the XT60ME connector on the plastic case, which has a cover to protect the PINs to have a long life.
The 1m cable is removed and it's easy to storage and change. It is with XT60 female connectors on both ends. We can also offer other connectors to choose, like Anderson PP30A, DC Jack 5.5*2.1mm male and female etc. They are convenient for foreign customers.
The battery has a 29.2V 3A charger, whose length is about 1.5m+1.5m(total 3m). It's very long to recharge the battery without taking it off the cart.
We can customize the battery as your ideas, more functions to design and add by your special needs.

A6: Yes. The battery can be put in parallel or series by customers. But there are few tips we need to pay attention:
1> Make sure the voltage of each battery are same before put inparallel. If they are not same, charge them to the same rate;
2> Do not put discharged battery and undischarged battery in parallel. This may reduce the capacity of the whole battery pack;
3> Do not put the batteries in series.
4> If you are not professional in parallel batteries, please don't handle the battery by yourself. It may cause danger and hurt the cycle life of battery;
