1. Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a factory specializing in the production of paper catering packaging, with 17+ years of production and sales
experience,300+ different product types and support OEM&ODM customization.
2. How to place an order and get the products?
a. Inquiry---As long as the customer gives more ideas, we will try our best to help you realize it and arrange samples for you.
b. Quotation---Official quotation sheet will be sent to you with detailed information for the product on it.
c. Printing file---PDF or Ai Format. The picture resolution must be at least 300 dpi.
d. Mould making---Mould will be finished in 1-2 months after the payment of mould fee. Mould fee need to be paid in full
amount.When the order quantity exceeds 500,000, we will refund the mold fee in full.
e. Sample confirmation---Sample will be sent out in 3 days after the mould is ready.
f. Payment terms---T/T 30% in advanced, balanced against copy of Bill of Lading.
g. Production---Mass production, shipping marks are needed after production.
h. Shipping---By sea, air or courier.
3. Can we make customized products that the market has never seen?
Yes, we have development department, and could make personalized products according to your design draft or sample. If new mould is needed, then we could make new mould to produce the products you want.

If the product is in stock, samples are free; If customized size and logo are required; We will charge fees according to
customization requirements.
