SKJ series Pellet Machines, are especially fit for those materials which are difficult to press, bonding and forming, such as rice hulls, peanut shells and other shell, tree branches, trunk, bark and all kinds of wood wastes, crop straws and fungus pack, etc.

The pressing die and main shaft adopt carbon steel, which is more wear-resisting because of high Cr content. The special heat treatment makes their hardness to be 100HRC. The feeding hopper applies whole sheet metal edge instead of welding to be more stable and firm.
The main driving adopts high-precision gear drive, so that the output is improved by about 20% when compared with that of belt drive.
