"Strivers" ZGF-1600 is a professional industrial hot air welding gun, it is used in welding hot melt plastic materials such as PVC, PVDF, TPO, PP, PE for welding roofs, vinyl floors, tarpaulins, banners, etc. Also it is used in other works like hot forming, shrinking, drying , and igniting.

① Compact design and light weight.
② The air gun nozzles are made of SUS304 stainless steel with thickness of 1mm.
③ The plastic material we use is Glass-Fiber reinforced PA66.
④ The sealing ring material we used is silicone , other suppliers use rubber. Silicone is more soft and more
environmentally, rubber is susceptible to get hardening and aging.
⑤ Our power cord sleeves are made of silicone. Most of others use rubber.
⑥ Our power cords are made of high quality copper and pure rubber, so it is softer than others.

Quality is in details ! Details of the internal structure and materials of the product

① Our heating elements are made by skilled workers with many years of experiences, and each product is laser-numbered for quality tracking. We are very strict about quality management!
② Our mica tube is very good quality made of Phlogopite material which can bear temperatures of 800 degrees for long time. If you use finger to pinch it you will find it’s difficult to break it.
③ For electronic parts, our light sensors and overheat protectors, thyristors, potentiometers, power switches , etc. are all in excellent quality, with years’ of experiences, damage rate of 1 in 1000, for circuit control board, damage rate of 2 in 1000, because sometimes voltage problem at working site may cause it broken. However, we will always prepare enough parts to our distributors for free.
④ Our motors adopts Japan NSK bearings and German material carbon brush.
⑤ Our circuit boards adopts all-in-one plug-in design, so it is very easy to replace.
