What is A Waste Oil to Base oil Plant?
A waste oil to base oil plant is a facility that uses a vacuum distillation or refining process to transform used or waste oil into high-quality base oil. Base oil is a key component in the production of lubricants and other petroleum-based products. The waste oil to base oil plant typically involves removing impurities and contaminants from the waste oil, which may include dirt, water, and other materials. Applications
PurePath has designed the re-refining technologies for used lubricating oil to produce near virgin quality base oil ranging from SN80 to SN500 by using different technolologies Such as full continuous distillation, wiped film evaporation and short path distillation. In the meanwhile, we have aslo developed base oil solvent extraction plant to help you to get rid of annoying clay refining system and allow you to refine the base oil to meet API group 1+ standards.
PPGT-TB Waste Lubricating Oil Re-refining plant is specially targeting for waste motor oil, hydraulic oil, crackcase oil, gearbox oil, transmission oil, and slop oil etc.. PPGT-TB waste oil refinery help relieving energy crisis as well as creating profits with a low operation cost.
