Plastic sheets are mainly used to produce tableware, disposable plastic cups, plates, bowls, dishes, boxes and other thermoformed products. They are widely used in packaging of food, vegetables, fruits, beverages, dairy products, industrial parts and other fields. With the growing of worldwide demand, packaging plastic thermoforming sheets are becoming more and more widely used, and their usage is increasing year by year, with promising prospects.
Main Introduction
GS-mach develops the parallel twin screw extrusion line for PET/PLA/PP/PE sheet, this line is equipped with degassing system, and no need drying and crystallizing unit. The extrusion line has the properties of low energy consumption, simple production process and easy maintenance. The segmented screw structure can reduce the viscosity loss of PET/PLA/PP/PE resin etc, the symmetrical and thin-wall calender roller highten the cooling effect and improve the capactity and sheet quality. Multi components dosing feeder can control the percentage of virgin material, recycling material and master batch precisely, the sheet is widely used for thermoforming packaging industry.
Plastic sheet making machine line is plasticized by a twin screw extruder and vacuumed then extruded into a mold after melt pumping. After three rolls of calendering, it is coated with silicone oil, drawn and rolled into biodegradable sheet, which has the advantages of good product quality and low material cost.
