Pneumatic air booster pump
MPV02 Air pressure booster pump
SHINEEAST air amplifiers are suitable for the compression of pressurized air. The units are capable of increasing normal pressure of 4 bar or 6 bar to the desired final pressure; they are operated with normal shop air and are provided with variety of amplification ratios.
SHINEEAST air amplifiers are available in 4 sizes: MPV02, MPV04, GPV02 and GPV05. The air Amplifiers are suitable for the compression of pressurized normal shop air and are provided with a variety of application ratios. The units are capable of pressurized to twice, four times, and max. five times of the normal shop air. Provide for operating pressure up to 40 bar and flow up to 1,350L/min.
All Air Amplifiers are provided with an air control unit comprising of a filter, pressure regulator with pressure gauge and an air shut-off valve.
The desired operation pressure can be preset by the means of the air control unit in correspondence with the different pressure ratios.
As the design of the SHINEEAST air amplifiers is a simple, safe and economic mode of operation, so the expenditures for an in-house high–pressure system or a separate decentralized compressor plant can be saved.
We can also offer you a choice between a standard air Amplifier and a Station or a customized solution.
