Product Description
Ultrasonic welding is to convert the 50/60 Hz current into 15, 20 KHz electrical energy through the ultrasonic generator. The converted high-frequency electrical energy is again converted by the transducer into a mechanical motion of the same frequency, which is then transmitted to the welding head by a set of amplitude-changing rod devices. The welding head transmits the vibration energy received to the joint of the workpiece to be welded, where the vibration energy is converted into heat energy by friction, melting the plastic. Ultrasonic waves can be used not only to weld hard thermoplastics, but also to process fabrics and films.
Ultrasonic generator role is to convert electricity into high-frequency alternating current signals matching the ultrasonic transducer, to promote the transducer will be converted into mechanical vibration of the electrical signal.
A complete set of ultrasonic equipment is composed of ultrasonic generator, ultrasonic transducer and ultrasonic die.

15KHz is used for ultrasonic plastic welding machine on and special equipment.
