Aysent PDLC Smart Glass
Aysent PDLC Smart Glass Thoroughly clean the glass surface with professional cleaning agents and soft cloth, evenly apply electrochemical liquid on the glass surface, set electrodes on the glass surface, apply appropriate current, adjust the current and time in real time, remove the electrodes and clean after the reaction is completed. Using PDLC technology, mix the liquid crystal material with prepolymer, sandwich the PDLC film between two pieces of glass, cure the PDLC material under ultraviolet irradiation, and form the final electronic atomized glass product through high temperature and high pressure treatment.
