SS multilayer filter is a kind of filter equipment used for fine filtration, the machine with mirror polishing, use filter clothand membrane as filter media, and use sealing strip for leakage; Suspension will be feed into the filter by feeding pump, the filtrate will through filter layer and filter media under feeding pressure, and come out from the outlets. Residue remain in chambers and form filter cake. Then realize solid-liquid separation.
The filter is made of S.S. 304 or S.S.316 L, which are features of corrosion-resistant and long life-span. The filter plates use
screw thread structure. It can change filtering media( if uses filter membrane, it can even remove the bacteria.) according to
your material and your technical requirements

( primary filtration/media fine filtration/fine filtration). All seals are made of silica rubber, which can endure high temperature and no toxicity, no leakage. The automatic flow returning device also can be customized according to your needs. When pump stops, open return valve, allsediment will be discharged automatically (beside have the air discharging function), and at the same time, it will be backwashed by clean water via the return pipe. It's very easy for operation.
