A:You will receive an order confirmation to the email address stated at checkout .An account manager will reach out to you within 24h.
Q2:What is included with each board?
A:Everything you need to get going : Board battery ,wireless remote,charges,fins,and a magnetic power key to activate your board and to charge the batteries.
Q3:How does the 12-month warranty work?
A:If your board is malfunctioning ,we will do a remote analysis of the board and conclude whether it is subject to the 1-year
warranty. If a module needs service,we will take care of the freight and handling .
Q4:Is it hard to learn how to ride?
A:Most riders stand up comfortably in one to two rides. A pro tip is to start at a lower power mode and get
comfortable with the sensitivity of the throttle.
Q5:How do I clean my board?
A:You simply rinse the board and the batteries with fresh water after the ride. For cosmetic reasons, this is especially advised when riding in salty waters.
Q6:Can you order a quick-charger?
A:We only offer one charger which is developed to be the quickest possible for all of our battery models.
