Q: Can I get a sample?
A: Sure, we welcome sample orders for testing and quality checking. Customization is supported.
Q: For regular products, it usually takes samples 7 days to deliver to you. It takes 20 days for orders of less than 500 cells and 25 days for orders of 500 to 5,000 cells. The delivery time for mass production needs to be negotiated.
Q: How do you ship your products, and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by FedEx. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are also available.

A: Firstly, let us know your requirements or application. Secondly, we provide a quote based on your requirements or our recommendations. Afterwards, you confirms the samples and place deposit for formal order. Lastly, we arrange production.

A: Yes, buyers need to provide their packaging.We can also provide neutral packaging.
