Product Introduction
Vertical shaft sand making machine is also called compound crusher,It can be used for both raw material crushing,and clinker crushing;crushing material compressive strength of not more than 140 MPa humidity is not greater than 25%.Compound crusher is widely used in: building materials,chemical industry,metallurgy,electric power,coal,mining,other industries;it is suitable for crushing the cement clinker,granular blast furnace slag,coal briquettes,river pebbles,limestone,sandstone,shale,coal gangue,coal briquettes,luminium briquettes,gold ores,molybdenum ore,dolomite,granite and other materials.
Working Principle
When the motor runs,it drives the central shaft;four lines of hammers are fixed on the central shaft,each line with four pieces of hammers.Materials are fed from top of the crusher;they are crushed by the high speed rotation hammers.There are liners around the crusher body to protect the crusher from damage.The materials are threw to the crushing cavity and impacted by the high rotating hammers and discharged out under the role of gravity,and the finial materials are sent from bottom of the crusher.
