Precautions for Sample Making:

1. The prices of samples are uniformly set by the factory. There is no bargaining, and the prices are exclusive of tax and postage.
2. The sample-making process will be initiated after an order is placed. The specific production requirements need to be confirmed before production starts. No changes or refunds will be accepted during the process. The regular sample-making cycle is 10 days.
3. The purpose of sample making is to try out new products or confirm the effects. There may be situations where the results are not satisfactory or the production is unsuccessful. Such situations are normal risks in sample making, and the sample fees cannot be refunded.
4. The right to use the drawings drawn by our company belongs to Shenzhen Liujing Memory Culture and Art Co., Ltd. The source files will not be distributed externally. They can be converted into PDF format for external distribution.
5. If the customer is satisfied with the sample-making results and the subsequent order amount meets the requirements, the sample fees can be deducted from the payment for goods (excluding tax).
