Production Of Main Mixer.
JS1000 twin shaft concrete mixer production at the factory, all the concrete mixer after assembly, we will make the shooting blasting, remove all dust and slag, then painting.
Inside Of Mixer.
JS1000 twin shaft concrete mixer, inside with the liner, and for the shaft we will add the steel circle to help the concrete remove more easily.
Motor And Mixer.
JS1000 type concrete mixer can using the motor and the planetary mixer, the mixing working performance is more stable at the working site
Motor and Reducer Connect belt.
The motor and mixer connect will using the belt, this belt is belong spare parts, we will also supply some free spare parts for you if you need.
Water Adding Systsem.
This twin shaft concrete mixer inside have two water pipe, on the pipe we also have the pressure system, it help the water enter the mixer drum more easily.
Control System.
If you using the separately concrete mixer, we will also matched the separately control system for the twin shaft concrete mixer.
