ROLL FORMING SYSTEM
The top plate is formed using a through-shaft roll forming machine, while the wall plate is formed using a cantilever roll forming machine.(One roll forming machine can produce two types of panels,and the width is adjustable.)

Key components such as metering pumps,flow meters, pressure sensors, high-pressure mixing heads, and control systems are all sourced from imported brands to ensureflow accuracy and foam quality.
DOUBLE BELT CONVEYOR WITH HEATING SYSTEM
The geometry of the panel is formed duringmovement in the press, as a result of thereaction between chemical componentsand restrictions on foam expansion. Thehorizontal planes of the press consist ofperfectly flat steel plates, which ensurea fixed thickness of sandwich panels.The profile lock formation is providedby a system of side limiters.
BAND SAW CUTTING SYSTEM
The cutting section with a disk saw isequipped with a chip removal system.The saw speed is synchronized withthe line speed, allowing sandwichpanels to be cut at maximum speed,even panels up to 2 meters long.

The rigid polyurethane foam has been recognized as the best building thermal insulation material by international world today. It has low heat conductivity, and high bending resistance capacity. This rigid polyurethane foam doesn’t absorb water or decay, and it cannot be damaged by insects and mice. It has good fire resistance, and large scope of heat resistance. With the physical properties of polyurethane PU and our unique prescription, we combine high temperature polyurethane with coating steel panel, thus compact forming is achieved.
