Sound insulation plywood
LINSON® Sound insulation plywood has a special rubber/foam core inside.
This product is mainly used as a vehicle floor to isolate noise and vibration from the bottom of the vehicle and create a quiet interior environment.

UV painting plywood
High-quality decorative panels can be obtained by applying clear or colored UV paint to the plywood. The main application areas include: interior fittings, construction, partition walls and wall panelling etc.

We have melamine film-faced plywood and phenolic film-faced plywood.
The melamine and phenolic film is compounded on the surface of the plywood through high temperature and high pressure.
Melamine film is similar to HPL, has rich surface colors and textures, and has certain flame retardant, wear-resistant, and waterproof properties. So, the melamine film-faced plywood is regularly used for furniture and decoration.
Phenolic film can provide good chemical and acid resistance, moisture resistance, weather resistance, and wear resistance. So, the phenolic film-faced plywood is widly used for formwork, platform decks or vehicle floors.

Product Description
Linsen One-Time hot press decorative plywood is made by Birch, German Beech, Okoume, Bintangor, Poplar or other equivalent top quality wood material. Veneers are bonded by modified Melamine Glue (MUF).
Face & Back veneer thickness is above 0.6mm, different grades are available according to customers' requirement. Longitudinal veneers are full rotary-cut veneers and Horizontal veneers are made by automatic CNC veneer builder.
Compared with UF Glue, this modified MUF is far more better in formaldehyde emission grade and water-resistant performance.
Face & Back veneer thickness is above 0.6mm, different grades are available according to customers' requirement. Longitudinal veneers are full rotary-cut veneers and Horizontal veneers are made by automatic CNC veneer builder.
Compared with UF Glue, this modified MUF is far more better in formaldehyde emission grade and water-resistant performance.
