PSA-PRESS 501 is a programmable fully automatic hot setting machine. This series of products has excellent heating and cooling systems, fast inlay speed, good bonding between inlay materials and workpieces, and is not easy to fall off. The product comes standard with a 7-inch color touch screen, with a user-friendly interface and simple operation. Widely used in industries such as automobiles, aerospace, electronics, manufacturing, education, and scientific research.

1. Easy to operate, one click operation, automatically completing the inlay operation process from heating, insulation, pressure automatic compensation, cooling, and unloading, making the inlay process simple and efficient
2. Shorter inlay time and higher sample making efficiency. Advanced heating technology and optimized cooling system, ultra short sample setting time, 30mm diameter sample takes about 7 minutes (301 model takes about 25 minutes)
3. Optional spacer, can make two samples at a time
4. Three cooling methods are available: temperature, time, manual; Featured pulse cooling technology, controllable cooling intensity, and water conservation
5. Multiple safety protections, automatic power-off due to excessive temperature
6. The streamlined high-temperature and high-strength composite material shell will never rust
7. Optional external circulating cooling water tank to save water and reduce costs
