DM Tracked Mobile Crusher Plant Working Principle:
The mobile crushing plant includes vibrating feeder, stone crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, magnetic separator etc. When gravel stone is fed to vibrating feeder by the loader, then crushed by crusher. The crusher materials will go to vibrating screen by foldable belt conveyor. After screen, the unqualified stone will go to crush again, the other qualified aggregates will be piled for further processing, such as removing iron, separating wood chips, cleaning etc.

Application conditions: Apply to coarse and medium crushing, out-put size between 50-250mm.Can be used to crushing both soft and hard materials, recycling waste mixed with rebar, bitumen and slag.

Application Conditions: Can be used for primary, secondary, tertiary and recycling applications, for coarse and medium crushing. Put out good grain shape products. Suitable for crushing soft and brittle materials, such as limestone, dolomite, and construction waste. Use Contraindications: Not suitable for high hardness, high abrasive materials. (Usually, the abrasive content of the applicable material is less than 15%)

Answer:At the client’s request, DongMeng can provide installation Technicians to supervise and assist in the assembly and commissioning of the equipment. Travel and accommodation costs.
Q2:Payment?
Answer:30% by TT as deposit on signing the contract, 70% by as final payment of balance after the client’s satisfactory inspection of the equipment prior to the goods leaving the DongMeng factory.
Q3:What about Warranty? what will we do if the machine is broken down?
Answer:The warranty period for all of DongMeng’s structural and mechanical equipment is one year. The warranty period for all electric motors is half one year. Wear parts are not covered by warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.
