1. Layout type
The 12kV switchgear is installed above the power transformer, and the low-voltage switchgear is located on the side of the power transformer and the 12kV switchgear. The layout is shown in the figure.

2. High-voltage cabinet
The high-voltage cabinet adopts a common box type SF6 gas insulated combined electrical cabinet, and the pressure relief channel of the high-voltage cabinet should be oriented towards the cable trench.
3. Transformer
3.1 Transformer type It is recommended to use energy-saving and environmentally friendly, fully sealed oil-immersed transformers. Specific parameters should meet the requirements of GB 1094, GB/T 6451, and GB 20052.
3.2 Rated capacity: 400kVA, 500kVA, 630kVA.
4. External appearance of the box transformer
Structural design and dimensions:
(1) The box body is made of metal.
(2) The box body width (excluding the top cover) is 2700 mm, the depth (excluding the top cover) is 1550 mm, and the height (including the top cover) is 2550 mm. The dimensions of the low-voltage cabinet are 1050 mm × 700 mm × 2000 mm (width × depth × height).
(3) A fully sealed oil-immersed distribution transformer is placed inside the box body, and a touchable elbow-type cable plug is used on the high-voltage side.
(4) The box transformer door should be designed with a windproof hook.
