Q1. Can I have a sample order for small fountain?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Any size of fountains are acceptable.

Q2. What about the lead time?

A:Sample needs 5-25 days, mass production time needs 2-4weeks based on the size and quantity of fountains.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for fountains order?

A: 1pc of nozzle or light for sample checking is available

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: For small sample order, we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or airline. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. If large fountains we recommend sea shipping.

Q5. How to proceed an order for water fountain?

A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly We deisgn and quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the design and places deposit for formal order.
Fourthly We arrange the production.

Q6. Where is your factory? Can I visit it?

A: Our factory is located in Yixing City Jiangsu Province which is near Shanghai and welcome to visit our factory at any time. Pls contact me directly let me give you best suggestions for your business travels.

Q7: Can you send me quotation for one set of fountain?

A: Sorry, we cannot send you quotation before we make all details clearly. Steps for quotaiton pls refer to Q5.

Q8: What about the delivery method and payment?

A: By sea, airline, DHL and other express courier as your requirement.

Q9: Can you go abroad for installation?

A: Yes. No worry about installation. We can send engineer to your country to asistant installation and train your staff how to operate and maintain fountains.
