4.Kamado is high tightness,the temperatures goes very fast through internal recycle and convection.You'll be grilling in 15minutes. The food cooked by Kamado is more succulent,will not dry out or carbonize,it is more healthy and tasty.
5.As Kamado can reach very high temperature.It can self-cleaning.When it started,grill will gets very hot and will burn off all residue in the Kamado.So,it is very easy to maintain in very low maintenance.
